We don't want you putting up with the wrong thing or stressing about if or how to return something. If you're not completely satisfied we'll gladly exchange or refund it for free. All we need is for you to let us know about the issue within 30 days and return the product to us unopened in it's original condition and packaging.
Visit My Orders to start the return process by telling us us what you need to exchange/return. We'll get Austalia Post to email you a reply-paid return label you can simply stick on your return parcel and drop into a local post office, we'll take care of it for you from there. Once lodged you can track the progress on the My Returns page.
